Membership & Conference Registration

Register & Renew Your Membership

All participants in this year’s conference must register as a member of RMCLAS. You can download the pre-registration form and then mail it to Treasurer Kathryn Sloan by the March 1st pre-registration deadline to be eligible for the discounted rate.

If you desire to pay your fees via PayPal, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Set up a PayPal account.
  2. Click on Send & Request or Payments, enter and click next.
  3. If available, click on Paying for an item or service. Add a note with your name, institution, email address, membership type (student, regular, emeritus, life), registration type (regular or student), and any awards and amount you would like to contribute (see registration form for more details).
  4. Submit the total amount calculated on the membership/registration form. This amount includes the PayPal transaction fees. Also, remember to email or mail your completed form to
